I moved “up to the sticks” in July in the mist of Covid season. Did not have many choices for internet. Found FireWifi and its now been a year. First I was very happy to find an internet service and even more pleased at their reasonable fees. They made it very easy to hookup, just plugged in router and wella... instant wifi. I was able to so zoom meetings, stream movies and above all stay connected to family and friends... It has worked very well for me, even when the entire country was on line, I was able to do what I needed. Thank you FireWifi for connecting to me the world and family/friends.

We are RVers so we need wifi that can move with us. We were very discouraged at first, not finding anything affordable and high speed. Fire Wifi is exactly what we were looking for. Customer service is great. We realized we needed more data than the plan we were on and all it took was an couple emails and our data plan was changed and a new sim card shipped the same day. I feel like we found an awesome secret. It's just so easy and works well and is cheap! It's the answer for a lot of people who need prepaid wifi and I think will be everywhere once people hear about it. And it's absolutely perfect for RVers.

I read some of the reviews prior to going with Fire WIFI as my internet provider, and was a bit apprehensive. However, we are very rural and have little options... I have nothing but good things to say about them. They guided my through the process and I was up and running in no time. The Customer Service rep either had to return my call, which was done in a timely manner, or I waited on line until a rep was available. They have been courteous and are knowledgeable about their product. I would gladly recommend them to a friend.
